I've been in Real Estate for over 25 years, starting out in Pennsylvania investing in Rental properties that still exist today. I relate to and understand the expectations of Investors and Home-Buyers. I moved to Florida in 2003 and obtained my Real Estate License in 2005, while working for a award-winning builder of new luxury and custom built homes. I've successfully negotiated the sale for Seller’s who have unfortunately fallen on hard times and had to resort to a Short Sale due to foreclosure. I've been on the other end with Buyers and assisted them in purchasing New Construction, Short Sales, Foreclosures, Bank Owned, and Rentals. I give my time freely to non-profit organization helping first-time home buyers understand the Buying process. I enjoy assisting People in achieving the American Dream, "Home Ownership". |
